We are seeking Outpatient Therapists for our Marion, Ohio location.
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide essential mental health counseling and behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and personalized treatment plans. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment and medical documentation. Your expertise in working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities, will be vital in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. - Based out of our Marion office
- $58,000 to $65,000 salary range depends on educational level, licensure level, and experience

- Master's degree and become licensed as LSW or LPC within one year of employment or SWT/CT licensure
- Must be eligible for a NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- LPCC or LISW preferred
- CAQH account (if independently licensed)
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
