Three Flexible Ways to Join Our Team
- W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly Rate
- $33–$41/hour (based on experience)
- Guaranteed hours and benefits
- Minimum 20 hours/week for benefits eligibility
- W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV)
- $50–$76/hour (paid per patient visit)
- Benefits available at 20 hours/week
- Higher earning potential with flexible scheduling
- Contractor / PRN (1099)
- $30 per 30-minute session ($60/hour)
- $80 per evaluation
- No benefits

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or CF eligibility)
