Contractor Rates: $45 per billable hour (billed in 15 minute increments); $70 per evaluation
Location: 5575 Warren Pkwy Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034
Hours/Schedule: 1-2 days per week anywhere from 8am-7pm (flexible on days and combination of hours); evening hours helpful (3pm-7pm)

Qualifications of this Physical Therapy position include the following:
- Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy preferred
- Texas State license in Physical Therapy
- Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
- Passion for changing the lives of others
Salary : $45 - $70
