Competitive Compensation

• $80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience

• Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)

Who You Are

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington

• Pediatric experience preferred (1 years)

• Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

• Passionate about changing the lives of children

• Growth-minded, adaptable, and eager to innovate in healthcare
