Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is:
OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval
Location: 13037 Bel-Red Road, Suite 102, Bellevue, WA 98005
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Hours and/or weekends needed: anywhere from 4pm to 7pm Monday through Friday as well as weekend mornings and early afternoons if desired.

Requirements:
- 1 years in pediatrics preferred (not required however)
Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following:
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
- Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
- OTR or COTA
- Passion for changing the lives of others
Salary : $80 - $150
