Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is:
OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval
COTA = $65/hour ($16.25 unit)
Location: 22122 20th Avenue SE, Suite H-158, Bothell,WA 98021
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Hours Needed: 4pm or 5pm to 7pm up to 5 nights a week as desired

Requirements:
- 1 years in pediatrics preferred (not required however)
Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following:
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not mandatory
- Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
- OTR or COTA
- Passion for changing the lives of others
Salary : $80 - $150
