Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Santa Rosa, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including clerical duties, scheduling, managing phone communications, and providing executive administrative support to ensure efficient operations. The role requires effective communication and strong organizational skills to collaborate with team members and contribute to the success of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently manage day-to-day tasks and office operations. Social Media skills a must.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interaction with clients, agents, and team members. Client follow up calls and appointment setting skills necessary.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff and management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
