Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through passionate franchise owners and enthusiastic crew members. Our ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and customized with mix‐ins on our signature frozen granite stone.

Responsibilities
- Provide top‐notch customer service in a fun, fast‐paced QSR environment
- Make fresh ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles, and more
- Maintain proper levels of prepared product
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- Must be 20 years or older
- Positive, energetic, and customer‐focused
- Experience motivating co‐workers is a plus
- Cash‐handling experience (Word/Excel knowledge helpful)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work on your feet for 4–6 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear and friendly communication with customers
