Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and preparing visually appealing cakes and ice cream treats while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and decorate cakes and specialty ice cream treats according to customer orders and brand standards
- Manage daily production of cakes to ensure freshness and availability
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and fully stocked display case
- Handle custom and specialty cake orders with attention to detail and creativity
- Monitor and manage inventory of cakes, icing, and decorating supplies
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Assist customers and support front-of-store operations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and customer service goals
Qualifications
- Previous cake decorating experience preferred
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and use cake decorating tools and equipment
