Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Offering top notch customer service in a FUNand FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintaining a clean, organized store

Requirements: You mean I get paid to do this?: At Cold Stone Creamery, daily tasks include making the world's greatest ice cream, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every person who walks in the door, and keeping the store sparkling clean. We are looking for you if you have...

• Experience in motivating co-workers
• cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to work up to 4-6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Able to clearly communicate with customers

Benefits:

• Successful Crew Members will be eligible for promotion and pay raise.
• Pay rate - $10-$14 per hour
