At Cold Stone Creamery you will: Make and serve the world's greatest ice cream; Create a one-of-a-kind experience for every person who walks in the door.
We are hiring Crew Members and Cake Decorators to join our fun and positive team!
As a Crew Member, some of your core activities will include:
- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organize customer area, production area and back-room/storage
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Prepare and re-stick ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
- Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
- Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Cold Stone Creamery products to guests
- Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within team
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
