For more than 50 years Cold Stone Creamery has served up the finest, freshest hand-crafted Ice Cream using only the highest quality ingredients and need a Store Manager to maintain and grow this great brand at our location in Pickerington OH.
We are looking to hire a Store Manager that along with crew members will ensure a positive company image and maintain the day to day operations of a healthy franchise establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Training, developing all staff
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Maximizing sales
- Managing expenses
- Inventory and labor control
- Staff Scheduling
- Develop and execute local store marketing programs
- Catering, fundraising expansion and growth opportunities
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
- Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance [(up to 30 lbs frequent, up to 40 lbs occasional)]
- Work 40-45 hours per week
- Work and report directly to the Owners and or Operations Manager and team
Qualifications:
- Specialize in decorating standard cakes as well as construct custom designs upon request
- Provide premier customer service
- Possess and maintain a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to work independently
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have Manager Food Handler’s Certification
- 2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Prior Ice Cream or Cold Stone Experience is a plus!
