Job Summary:
As a Team Member at Cold Stone Creamery, you will deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun and welcoming environment. You will prepare and serve premium ice cream products, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Prepare and customize ice cream creations on the signature frozen granite stone
• Accurately take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and dining areas
• Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Create a fun, engaging experience (including singing or interacting with customers when appropriate)

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Team-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (not required)
