Job Summary
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Crew Members to join our Cold Stone Creamery team! This is a hands-on position where every team member helps with all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Prepare and serve ice cream creations, shakes, smoothies, and other menu items.
- Make and decorate cupcakes, cakes, and other bakery items (training provided).
- Refill and organize toppings, mix-ins, cones, cups, and other supplies.
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times, including:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Wiping counters and equipment
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Cleaning freezers and workstations
- Taking out trash
- Restock inventory throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as a team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
- Complete any additional tasks needed to support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn all areas of the job.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
