- Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities across all facility systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance schedules through tracking of work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems such as HVAC units, low voltage electrical systems, high voltage equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate projects involving upgrades or installations of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical panels, or other automation components.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to electrical work (including high voltage), mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with management on facility improvements, energy efficiency initiatives, and maintenance management strategies to enhance operational uptime.
- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC operations, electrical experience (including low voltage and high voltage), and industrial maintenance practices.
- Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters for electrical testing, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order tracking and maintenance planning.
- Strong project management skills to oversee upgrades or new installations within manufacturing settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams effectively and document procedures clearly.
