HES currently has the following position(s) available in the Harrisonville, MO area:

 Full Time Monday-Friday

Groundskeeping/Preventative Maintenance

We are looking for a dedicated flexible team member that will work in a grounds/maintenance position to ensure the facilities look and operate at their best. In this role you will inspect the playgrounds, stadiums, and landscaping to make repairs or improvements as necessary. You will also assist the maintenance lead technician and receive training in preventative maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Specific job duties include but are not limited to:

-Mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing

-General clean-up of trash and debris

-Repair and improvements of landscape

-Repair and improvements of playgrounds and equipment

-Moving of school related equipment and furniture

-Changing light bulbs

-Changing ceiling tile

-HVAC filters

All applicants should be able to push, pull, and lift 50lbs. All applicants should be able to work on a ladder, have a basic knowledge of hand tools, and operate light duty equipment. Applicants will also be required to submit fingerprints and a background check prior to employment.

Minimum Requirements:

*Must have the ability to maintain positive professional relationships with co-workers in a team environment and take direction from Supervisor(s).
*Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties. *Previous experience preferred but not required.
*Reliable Transportation and good attendance is a must.
*At this location our client requires an approved background check and additional Site clearance via FBI fingerprinting.
