Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity Integration, Application Network and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust solutions ensuring seamless integration and connectivity across platforms. This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise and offers the opportunity to significantly impact our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MuleSoft solutions to enhance system integration and connectivity across various platforms.
• Develop salesforce connect with external org object/services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain API-led connectivity solutions to ensure efficient data flow and communication.
• Oversee the integration of MuleSoft applications within the existing network infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Designing complex applications within Salesforce CRM using OOTB functionalities and integrating other applications
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MuleSoft applications to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all integration projects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Document technical designs processes and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in MuleSoft technologies.
• Contribute to the company’s digital transformation goals by delivering high-quality integration solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity Integration and Application Network.
• Must have experience in Salesforce CRM & Force.com.
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
• Have a good understanding of the Provider domain to enhance solution relevance.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical designs and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in MuleSoft technologies.
  
  

Certifications Required

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
• Salesforce Certified
  
  

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 to $144,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
