We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of scalable, cloud-native applications within the Payer domain. This role demands deep expertise in Java 11, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices using Jenkins. As a Technical Lead, you will guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java 11 and Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration and deployment processes using Jenkins, ensuring seamless and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  Implement containerization strategies with Docker to enhance application portability and scalability.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation of applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Payer domain.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, contributing to the company success.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Java, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction and implementation of projects within the Payer domain.
• You will leverage your expertise in Java 11, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and Core Java to deliver high-quality solutions.
• This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 annually
