Position Summary
We're seeking a motivated Service Technician with 1–3 years of experience in the plumbing, drain, or water treatment industry. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing or water treatment systems.
- Provide clear repair-or-replace options so customers can make informed decisions.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Communicate with customers in a professional, straightforward, and helpful way.
- Collaborate with teammates and office staff for efficient scheduling and job completion.
- Grow into handling more complex jobs, with advancement into senior technician or lead roles.
- Follow company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in plumbing and/ or water treatment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset and clear communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Plumbing license not required, but is a plus.
