Are you a hands-on sales leader who leads from the front? We're looking for a driven, strategic Sales Manager to oversee two thriving residential operations in the Greater Philadelphia/Lehigh Valley region, managing a combined team of 10 sales representatives.
This isn't a desk job. You'll ride along with your team, help close deals, and build a high-performance culture, all while shaping company-wide sales strategy alongside senior leadership.

🔑 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 10 sales professionals across two locations to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Deliver on the company sales model and ensure SOPs are consistently trained and implemented
- Set aggressive, metric-driven goals and build plans to achieve them
- Monitor KPIs including revenue vs. plan, quote closure rates, and gross profit %
- Anticipate performance shifts and respond quickly to protect long-term results
- Participate in in-home presentations monthly for hands-on coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with operations to support lead generation and technician team training
- Lead branch meetings focused on referral development and new employee growth
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new customer accounts at the branch level
- Stay sharp on competitive activity and adapt strategy accordingly
✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years managing a sales team
- Residential sales experience as a rep or sales manager is required
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive in-home sales environment
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities across multiple locations
- A collaborative team player with strong ethics and initiative
- Comfortable with technology and standard business software
