Do you have hands‑on experience running manufacturing water treatment, drinking water or wastewater treatment systems? Are you the go‑to person for water testing, chemical adjustments, and troubleshooting pumps, valves, and treatment equipment?
If so, Dart Container wants to talk to you.

We are expanding our Water Treatment team and are seeking an individual who can help support, improve, and standardize water systems across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do

During your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Visit Dart plants to evaluate water treatment systems, including process water loops, cooling water, and boiler/feed systems
  • Work directly with plant operators and maintenance technicians
  • Conduct water sampling and testing, interpret lab results, and recommend adjustments
  • Troubleshoot issues such as corrosion, flow problems, pumps, valves, and chemical feed systems
  • Train plant staff on best practices for sampling, testing, and system care
  • Support vendor oversight and water treatment service contracts

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with any of the following backgrounds:

  • Experienced Water Treatment Technicians

Experience with:

  • Chlorination / disinfection
  • Corrosion monitoring
  • pH/alkalinity/hardness testing
  • Cooling water or boiler water systems
  • Distribution systems or closed loops

OR Engineering/Technical Backgrounds

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field also accepted.

Degree helpful but NOT required.
We highly value hands-on water treatment experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct hands-on field troubleshooting
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
  • Must be located near — or willing to relocate near — a Dart Production facility
