Job Title: Video Operations Engineer
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Manage operational readiness across video authentication, customer onboarding, purchase flows, cloud DVR, entitlements, channel lineups, metadata, caching, VOD, and video streaming platforms.
- Monitor service health, alerts, and dashboards using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog to ensure availability and performance.
- Support production deployments, launch readiness, post‑deployment validation, and post‑release checks for backend video services.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to customer access, entitlements, recordings, middleware, and video delivery systems.
- Validate data flows between customer account systems, middleware layers, and video platforms.
- Provision and support deployment of backend services on cloud platforms, with hands‑on experience in AWS and containerized services.
Skills and tools:
