Overview and Requirements:
- This person will check the work of liaisons and supervisors and coach on improvement.
- Look at process-here is what is supposed to be happening Is it happening and document.
- Evaluate peoples’ performance.
- Audit or relatable experience is a must
- Operational and contract auditing experience
- Must have good tenure—employment longevity
Responsibilities:
- Determine if process being followed
- Document
- Audit
- Identify an audit trail
- Compliance audits not IT compliance
- Retailers do operational audits
- Multi-unit management
- # of vendors auditing checking the checkers—15 vendors; 10-12 vendors will take majority of time
- Check the work of liaisons and supervisors and coach on improvement (supervisors and liaisons coach and work with the vendors)
- Identify vulnerabilities
- Create an audit trail
