Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while supporting insurance tracking and verification processes for lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, insurance agents, and lenders regarding insurance-related letters, coverage requirements, and charges.
• Assist customers with questions regarding insurance policies and proof of coverage.
• Contact insurance agencies and carriers to obtain proof of insurance coverage.
• Work assigned call queues and follow up on outstanding insurance documentation.
• Contact customers to obtain current insurance agency or carrier information when required.
• Research insurance company websites to verify coverage and retrieve insurance documents.
• Verify and document Break in Coverage (BIC) dates with insurance agents and carriers.
• Assist Customer Service Coordinators with administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
• Support additional queues and accounts during high-volume periods.
• Meet productivity goals, quality standards, and departmental deadlines.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
• Previous customer service, call center, insurance, banking, or contact center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
