Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with tax offices nationwide.
- Research and verify property tax information including due dates, installment schedules, and payee details.
- Create, update, and maintain tax agency records within internal systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of agency and tax-related data.
- Collaborate with Search, Payment, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
- Communicate with tax authorities via phone, email, and online portals to obtain accurate information.
- Support client requests related to agency and tax information.
- Identify discrepancies and work with appropriate parties to resolve them.
- Maintain detailed documentation of agency communications and updates.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, research, administrative support, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with tax, mortgage, escrow, property records, or government agencies.
- Prior experience handling research and data verification tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database management.
