Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements for M&A projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyze data and market trends to support decision-making in M&A initiatives.
