Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
- Serve food items and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using Square POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area by performing regular cleaning duties, food handling, and sanitation to ensure food safety compliance.
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage retail sales transactions smoothly, including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Support food preparation tasks when necessary, adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
