Universal Banker
Job Description:
A Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling customer need from sales to service. The job role encompasses many functions in the retail bank. This role is divided into 2 separate categories: Universal Banker I and Universal Banker II.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Universal Banker:
- Promoting the bank’s products and services through exceptional customer service
- Promoting positive customer relations throughout the community
- Solve customer questions and concerns with warmth and a collaborative spirit
- Completing basic teller transactions
- Open and maintain new accounts
- Underwrite consumer (non-RE) loan applications
- Loan processing
- Manage consumer delinquency
- Resolve Compliance Exceptions
- Assist Team Leader with pending compliance exceptions
- Answering phones
- Other duties assigned by leadership team

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standing on feet for long periods of time.
