Our resort prides itself on impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Graveyard Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the overnight janitorial team and ensure all areas meet our high standards.
The Role:
As the Graveyard Janitorial Supervisor, you will manage and support the overnight cleaning staff, coordinate daily cleaning schedules, and ensure the resort is spotless and ready for guests each day.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the overnight janitorial team

Assign tasks and monitor work to ensure quality and efficiency

Train new janitorial staff and provide ongoing coaching

Inspect all areas for cleanliness and safety compliance

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities teams

Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed

Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or hospitality cleaning preferred
