About Dockside Restaurant:

The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Barback to support our bartenders and keep the bar running smoothly during service. This is a key role behind the scenes that helps ensure guests receive prompt and excellent beverage service.

What You'll Do:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout your shift

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-supplied at all times

• Assist bartenders with prep work including garnishes and setting up the bar

• Collect and wash used glassware and bar tools promptly

• Help maintain health and safety standards in the bar area

• Support opening and closing duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Good communication skills and willingness to help team members

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
