Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR & Compensation)
Role Summary
This role focuses on advising organizations on the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Compensation solutions. You will apply functional and technical expertise to translate business needs into scalable system configurations. Travel to client locations may be required up to 25%.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate HR and compensation requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Configure and deploy Core HR and Compensation functionality to support business objectives
• Develop functional designs and solution approaches in partnership with client stakeholders
• Support all phases of delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Maintain system documentation and manage setups across test and production environments
• Identify risks and issues early and drive timely resolution to meet project timelines
• Collaborate closely with client leads during system and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in consulting or industry roles
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with a compensation OR Core HR focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
