Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide business intelligence, software/application development, and infrastructure/architecture projects, providing both technical and overall project management.
- Partner with project sponsors and IT leadership to define and prioritize tasks, resolve complex technical challenges, and assess alternative solutions through feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.
- Build and guide effective project teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for business intelligence documentation, tools, and systems, including data and information quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, deliverables, and other key artifacts.
- Research emerging technologies and develop business cases for enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- 12 years of project management experience leading large, complex database management systems and business intelligence tools and systems.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across teams and organizations.
