Role Summary
The Business Process Reengineering Specialist (BPRS) will lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document clear, testable business requirements for upcoming IT projects. This role is central to fostering alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and project outcomes.
Approximately 80% of your focus will be on requirements gathering for a new IT project, and 20% on using existing templates to create user-friendly content and reference materials. These materials support collaboration between business analysts, quality assurance professionals, subject matter experts, and technical teams. Your work will also contribute to efficient backlog and workflow management using Azure DevOps in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to identify affected business processes and document actionable business requirements
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain Agile project backlogs and support prioritization
- Tailor and deliver training/coaching to business analysts (BA), quality assurance (QA) professionals, and subject matter experts (SMEs) based on provided templates, policies, and procedures
- Leverage Azure DevOps to create and manage project artifacts (e.g., epics, user stories, tasks)
- Ensure stakeholder engagement regarding data requirements and support data governance efforts
- Provide analysis for build-versus-buy decisions and assess impacts of project scope or requirement changes
- Ensure completion and approval of deliverables in alignment with project standards and timelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI/UX designers, developers, QA testers, solution architects) to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solution goals
