SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, Tech Team Member

What You'll Do:

· Maintain and update operating systems and software applications

· Install and configure new hardware and software solutions

· Create and maintain technical documentation

· Engage with clients to troubleshoot technical issues

· Provide support for M365 cloud services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure, etc.)

· Configure new windows based virtual machines utilizing Hyper-V

· Monitor cyber security utilizing modern security protection applications

What We Look For:

· Experience working with windows-based systems

· Basic understanding of networking principals

· Motivated individual with a desire to learn new things

· Ability to multi-task and be a problem-solver

Bonus Skills:

· Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor ERP is a plus) and/or Connectwise Manage.

· Microsoft SQL Server or relation databases

· Hyper-V or another virtualization

· Degree in computer science or related field
