Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure areas, providing guidance and support across departments.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership, delivering structured updates on support and project activities.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to identify root causes and implement resolution strategies.
- Design and maintain infrastructure documentation and perform daily production environment checks.
- Monitor platforms proactively using enterprise tools to prevent issues before they arise.
- Implement upgrades, patches, and security best practices across systems and applications.
- Administer and maintain virtualized environments (Nutanix or VMware), Windows OS (2003–2019), and enterprise tools including:
- Intune & Azure
- Office 365 & Mimecast
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Veeam Backup
- PowerShell Automation
- PRTG, LogRhythm, and other monitoring/compliance tools
Required:
- 3 years in a systems administration role with demonstrated career progression.
- Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and platform delivery.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Office 365, Azure.
- Experience with compliance reporting and DR/BCP planning.
- Analytical Thinking: Designs efficient workflows and procedures.
- Problem Solving: Resolves issues promptly and collaboratively.
- Customer Service: Delivers responsive and high-quality support.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Teamwork: Builds positive team spirit and contributes ideas.
