Global Investment Management firm is seeking an AVP Tax (M&A) - newly created that will provide domestic and international Tax Strategy, Risk, Transactions handling their Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Credit Investment Funds.
Some responsibilities include :
- Support and drive tax strategies, initiatives, and risk to discuss with stake holders
- Analyze early stage tax support to Investment Teams
- Gather and analyze complex financial information for purposes of international tax determinations and tax reform reporting.
- Work with External Advisory Teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with Master's in Tax, JD or LLM
- 4 years of Taxation coming from a BIG4 public accounting with international tax transactions
- Exposure to Private Equity and Credit Investments
- Any Credit and Debt Investment experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as you will be collaborating with global counterparts.
