Responsibilities
- End-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, and enterprise technologies
- Executive and VIP support in a high-touch environment
- Conference room and meeting technology support
- New hire onboarding, account provisioning, and device deployment
- Asset management, operational support, and IT-related projects
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization
Qualifications
- 5 years of Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience troubleshooting iPhones and iPads
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting executives and senior leadership teams
- Experience working in professional services, financial services, or high-touch support environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted Service Desk tools and modern IT support technologies.
