Capital Formation - Product Associate @ World Class Fund

Coda Search is partnering with a world-class alternative asset manager with offices located in NYC. This role would sit in the capital formation team as a Product Associate, where they will support

fundraising initiatives, investor communications, investor relations, and strategic projects across the firm's credit platform. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of private credit, leveraged finance, CLOs, or structured finance markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and due diligence requests.
• Coordinate and prepare responses to institutional investor questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and consultant requests.
• Support fundraising efforts across existing and prospective investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain product presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, marketing materials, and fund documentation.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to articulate investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers.
• Prepare market commentary, portfolio updates, and investor communications.
• Analyze portfolio performance, risk metrics, attribution, and market trends.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Product, Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience at a fund or IB in Private Credit, Direct Lending, CLOs, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Credit
• Strong understanding of credit markets, loan products, CLO structures, and alternative investment strategies.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience preparing institutional-quality presentations and investor materials.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
