Coda Staffing just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We have a fantastic group of Professional Services recruiters and we are growing! Our recruiters come in to our Paramus, NJ HQ on Tues - Thurs (WFH on Monday & Fridays) to start. Ultimately, there will be more opportunity to work from home!

- An enthusiastic and positive personality with an internal drive for success
- A storyteller who can confidently engage with candidates and effectively communicate the ins and outs of a role and our partner's industries (CPG, Finance, Retail/Fashion, eCommerce, Tech, Agency, Pharma, Healthcare, and more)
Candidates must have at least one year of recruiting experience.
You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
- Interact with high-caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
- Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!
- Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
