Coda Search is partnering with a leading global asset management firm that invests across real estate, private equity, and private credit. As the firm continues to grow its global investor base, the team is seeking to add an Investor Relations Associate to support the Investor Relations and Client Formation function. In this role, the Associate will work closely with senior IR professionals to support fundraising initiatives across a diverse group of institutional investors. This position provides strong exposure to multiple asset classes and offers the opportunity to collaborate with investment teams on investor communications, reporting, and strategic engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support two fundraisers and oversee communications with the LP base
- Prepare and update investor materials, including performance reports, portfolio updates, presentations, RFPs, and DDQs.
- Partner with internal teams such as investment, product, operations, and legal/compliance to ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to investors.
- Support the onboarding process for new investors, helping coordinate documentation, deliverables, and client communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to help support investor engagement and business development initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring investor data, communications, and reporting are properly tracked.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in investor relations, client service, product marketing, or a related role within asset management, investment banking, or private markets.
- Familiarity with institutional investors and investment strategies across real estate, private equity, or private credit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
