What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at Coda Search│Staffing?
Our client is a quant-driven investment firm who is looking to add a Director of Finance to their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own relationships with outside entities (brokers, administrators, etc.)
- Approve monthly NAV and audits
- Implement/maintain accounting policies
- Prepare internal budgets/forecasts
- Regularly analyze budget performance
- Address investor discrepancies/inquiries
- Lots of special projects & improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- CPA is required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to be hands-on
- Managerial experience is a plus
