Position: Internet Sales / Appointment Setter
Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Compensation: Hourly Pay Commission — Great Pay Opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to online leads via phone, email, text, or in person
- Manage and follow up with all internet inquiries to set qualified appointments
- Assist customers with information on vehicle availability and product features
- Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads and customers
- Follow up with no-show or unsold leads to generate new opportunities
- Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and vehicle deliveries
- Support a seamless transition from online inquiry to in-person dealership visit
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer follow-ups
- Previous experience in Internet sales, automotive sales, or outbound call centers is a plus
- Internet and computer proficiency with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn — we will train the right candidates
