Who This Role Is For:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work a mix of showroom traffic and internet leads
- Guide customers through a premium buying experience
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools
- Close deals and maximize gross and volume bonuses
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-driven experience
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- $50,000 – $150,000 annually
- Top performers consistently earn $100K–$150K
- Uncapped commission structure
- Aggressive volume bonuses
- Monthly spiffs and incentives

What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of sales experience (automotive, retail, phone, or similar)
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and organization
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Weekend availability
