Hours Needed (morning shift, mid shift, or evening shift)
Opening hour: from 10:30 am to 930 pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
- Stay up-to-date on current beverage trends and new drink recipes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
