- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, with a strong understanding of housekeeping practices.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is an advantage.
