Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
- Experience with janitorial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is advantageous.
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments that emphasizes customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus but not required.
