Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member, located in Ashland, WI. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and checking in/out guests, handling reservations, and answering phone inquiries with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of the property.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and competent handling of Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Computer Literacy, including knowledge of reservation systems
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or a front desk role is a plus
