Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in experience
- Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management software, accommodating special requests when possible
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Maintain guest records securely while respecting privacy policies and confidentiality standards
- Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations contributes to seamless shift transitions
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
- Experience in handling guest complaints or issues with tact and resolution skills is advantageous
- Additional Responsibilities Include: Laundry duties, Bar Service, Breakfast attendance, and other cleaning.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
