Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand and address clients personal insurance needs.
- Focus on new business development through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Collaborate with your assigned account manager to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy servicing.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to optimize client coverage.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license required.
- Minimum 3 years in an insurance office selling personal lines insurance.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Highly self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with account managers and agency leadership.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
