Marketing Manager – Luxury Vacation Rentals

Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rentals is a fast-growing boutique luxury vacation rental management company specializing exclusively in high-end homes along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach and Destin.

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand, maximize listing performance, and oversee the onboarding and launch of new luxury vacation rental properties.

This is a hands-on role focused heavily on execution and performance. You will personally handle and execute nearly all marketing initiatives for the company while coordinating with our external website development and SEO company.

The most important responsibility of this position is creating and launching exceptional Airbnb and Vrbo listings that maximize conversion rate, occupancy, and rental revenue.

Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary

• $60,000 annual base salary

Performance Compensation

• $30,000 annually in additional performance-based compensation paid quarterly
• Tied to listing quality and performance based on measurable metrics
• Additional upside compensation potential available for candidates who significantly exceed company performance metrics and expectations

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding of new luxury vacation rental properties
• Create and optimize Airbnb and Vrbo listings
• Write high-converting listing titles, descriptions, and marketing content
• Coordinate photography, staging direction, amenities setup, and launch readiness
• Coordinate with the company’s website development and SEO provider
• Write and manage guest email marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain the company’s social media presence
• Create social media content showcasing luxury homes and guest experiences
• Oversee signage, branding, and marketing materials
• Maintain a polished and consistent luxury brand image across all platforms

Ideal Candidate

• Strong marketing and copywriting ability
• Highly creative while also detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with Airbnb and Vrbo listing optimization preferred
• Familiarity with SEO, branding, and social media marketing
• Strong understanding of luxury presentation and conversion-focused marketing
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently
• Vacation rental, hospitality, luxury real estate, or related experience preferred
